The Kremlin wall is 19 meters high, 6.5 thick and the St. Nicholas tower here is 70 meters high (if you count the 1.5 ton red star on top.)

The Novodevichiy Convent, shut down in 1922 and turned into a museum, which probably spared its destruction. The gate Church of the Transfiguration was built in 1689, and the Cathedral (from 1525) was given the massive domes in the 17th century.
